What’s your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, simply return it in its box within 2 business days of delivery to one of our Penguin PickUp locations or mail it directly to our address, and we will refund your rental fee less the relevant processing and cleaning fees.


Where do you ship?

Currently we are not equipped to handle international shipping. However, we are more than happy to service the GTA, Hamilton, Burlington and Brantford areas.


What about to my P.O. box?

We can ship to any Canadian P.O. Box within our servicing area that will accept deliveries.
